The props I used throughout the music video were already owned by either me or by my protagonist Katia. I decided to choose specific clothing and different accessories that linked with my genre and song.
The props I used throughout the music video were already owned by either me or by my protagonist Katia. I decided to choose specific clothing and different accessories that linked with my genre and song.
The music video starts with all the girls dressed in casual clothes and Katia is the only one in her pyjamas. This is done on purpose to show that it is Katia´s house and to show how her friends are supporting her and helping her to get ready as they are going out. I decided that Katia was going to be the only one in pyjama to make her stand out from the rest and to make clear that she is the main character.

During some scenes Katia changes clothes from her pyjama into this outfit, which consisted of ripped jeans and a grey t-shirt with pink letters. I decided to choose this clothes in the scenes where Katia appears alone, in order to represent how she is feeling without her ex-boyfriend and also connotes how she is carrying out her day to day life better without being with him.

The lyrics of the song talk about how she doesn´t want to talk with her ex-boyfriend because she is going out with her friends at night. To represent the situation, I decided that they should all wear party clothes and Katia was the only one wearing a party dress in order to stand out from the rest as she is the main character. In order to make the outfit more elegant and to connote it was at night, I used a black blazer and black cowboy boots as the black colour symbolises power, therefore it gives Katia a sense of superiority.
The main character Katia is driving through the streets of Madrid, I decided to put some scenes in the car to represent how Katia is independent and she is going out without the need of being with him.
MICROCAR
HAIRSTYLE
Throughout my video I have used different hairstyles in order to represent different situations, for example in the scenes where Katia is with her friends inside the house and in the scenes where Katia appears alone she is wearing straight hair. However, in the scenes when she is at a party with the rest of her friends she appears with curls. I did it on purpose to show the difference between the day and the night as well as to make it clear that when she goes out she gets dressed differently to represent that she doesn´t care about him.
MAKE-UP
I have done the same with the make-up, in the scenes where she is in the house with her friends, Katia wears a basic make-up to represent that she is spending time with her friends that are supporting her. However, when they get ready to go out, the make-up of Katia and the rest is much more striking so that it is understood that they are going out.
